POLICY

RESERVATION POLICY

We require a deposit that goes toward the services you booked to secure your allotted time with the artist.

Please let us know one week prior to your appointment if you need to reschedule and we will look at other available date that would work for both parties.  

When you make your appointment and provide us with your deposit, you are agreeing to our policies.

We reserve the right not to schedule appointments for clients who do not adhere to our cancellation policies.

For Ombrè brow procedure, a non-refundable/non-transferable 50% booking fee is required and will be used towards the total cost of your service.

Please double-check your schedule to ensure that you are available during the time of your booking.

If for any reason you need to reschedule, a one time exception is permitted, with one week’s notice.

If you fail to communicate and reschedule promptly, you forfeit your booking fee in full.

LATE POLICY

Please kindly arrive 10 mins before your appointment time to allow for proper check-in and preparation.

If for any reason you are expecting to be late by 15 minutes or more to your scheduled appointment, please let us know by call or text. Please be aware in the unfortunate event that you are very late, your services may be altered to fit the remaining time. If this happens you will still be responsible for the full amount of services you booked.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All appointments are subject to our 48hrs cancellation policy (deposit will be forfeited). 

If you need to reschedule your appointment, we require one week notice prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Appointments can be rescheduled by phone or email.

SERVICE SATISFACTION

At The Byoode Studio our main goal is to provide the best service to our clients by acheiving the look they want to feel confident and beautiful.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service, we ask you please notify us within 24 hours. Due to the nature of our services and labor time, no refunds will be issued.

ALLERGY POLICY

An allergic reaction to pigments are extremely rare and can be waived. However, for those who want a patch test, you must book a separate appointment (45min-1hr) testing topical numb, needle, and pigment behind the ear including a non- brow shaping consultation. (Fees may apply)

GUEST POLICY 

Due to limited seating in our waiting room area, we request you don't invite any friends or family to your scheduled appointment.

We may ask your guest(s) to leave and come back in the event that we anticipate a high number of clients.

We kindly request ONLY those receiving services be present in the service areas.

​

CHILD SAFETY POLICY

We understand how challenging it is finding time to spend for yourself. However, our policy strictly prohibits unsupervised children in the studio. Also, young children in carriers/strollers may not be placed near the service areas or held in the lap. 

We kindly request ONLY those receiving services be present in the service areas.

Older children, 12 and above and is capable of sitting quietly and unsupervised, may wait in the provided seating area. 

Sharp instruments, and a busy area make for a potentially dangerous environment for young children.

PET POLICY

As much as we love our furry friends, we request to please leave your pets at home.

It is against health standards to have them in our treatment rooms and areas where services are being held.
